CarHandy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

If you choose SMS verification to recover a registration started by a field agent, MessageCentral processes your mobile number and verification request to send and validate a one-time code. CarHandy uses the verified number to link your existing customer record, car details, scans and payments to the sign-in method you choose. Temporary verification records and request limits help prevent misuse. SMS verification does not subscribe you to marketing messages; report and booking alerts continue to use app notifications.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, email-verification status, a Google account identifier and your profile-photo URL when available. We use this information to create or link your CarHandy account, authenticate you and provide the account features you request, including access to your cars and reports. We store your name, email, Google account identifier and profile-photo URL with your CarHandy account. Your photo is displayed in your account and profile areas and refreshed when you sign in with Google. The app loads the image from the supplied HTTPS URL; if unavailable, it displays your initials. Google sign-in tokens are verified for the sign-in request and are not retained as account credentials.
We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Google Drive or Google password. Google sign-in data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. It is processed by the hosting and database providers that operate CarHandy, and account details may be shared to fulfil service requests you choose or as required by law. These limits apply to Google sign-in data regardless of the general uses described below. CarHandy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke CarHandy's Google connection in your Google Account settings. Revoking access or signing out does not delete your CarHandy account or reports. To request deletion of stored account information, contact contact@trilloc.com. Email/password registration and sign-in remain available without using Google.
